Q: What are the terms of trade and payment?

A: We require 30% or 50% of the total value upfront before production.  We accept T/T, Western Union, L/C, PayPal, and Cash.  Terms are negotiable.

Q: May I request a sample made to my design for confirmation?

A: Yes, we can produce a high-quality sample matching your design for confirmation.

Q: What is the lead time?

A: The lead time varies depending on the product, but it's normally 5 to 7 working days following the confirmation of the design file and payment.

A: We offer DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, and sea shipping.  Express delivery takes 3 to 5 working days, while sea shipping takes 15 to 35 working days.
