Q: What file formats do you require for printing designs?

A: We accept AI, PDF, CDR, PSD, and EPS formats.

Q: What are the terms of trade and payment?

A: We require 30% or 50% of the total value upfront before production.  We accept T/T, Western Union, L/C, PayPal, and Cash.  Terms are negotiable.

Q: What is the lead time?

A: The lead time varies depending on the product, but it's normally 5 to 7 working days following the confirmation of the design file and payment.

Q: How can I know if my goods have been dispatched?

A: We'll keep you informed with detailed photos at each stage of production.  We will also provide the tracking number once shipped.
